The Heavers have lived in Bosham for over 160 years and have had significant positive economic and social impact through their various successful projects and enterprises.Heaver Homes is committed to continuing and enhancing this rich local legacy in every development undertaken, meeting the needs of residents through community building, supporting the provision of local schooling and employment opportunities. Our designs are inspired by Sussex architecture, providing modern homes that sit comfortably within the landscape.

People centred spaces

We focus on creating environments that put people first, moving away from most contemporary housing development. Rather than just a collection of houses, we aspire to create dynamic and diverse communities through a range of uses and activities. Reducing car dependency

Our goal of balancing the distribution of non-residential uses helps to reduce car dependency and promote active travel. This helps to reduce external highway impacts and carbon emissions arising from our developments. We also think carefully about the location of our communities to take advantage of public transport links.
